Here by EXTREMELY popular demand, and following the smashing success of our summer workshops, we are thrilled to announce that we are now offering 1-day culinary workshops for kids aged 10-17! These monthly classes will take place at our state-of-the-art teaching kitchen in Walnut Beach, Milford. Taught using our 100% hands on method and designed for all experience levels, kids will explore new techniques and flavors and build their culinary confidence.
Our Februrary workshop theme is Be My Valentine! What better way to show your friends and family how much you love them than by learning how to prepare them a cozy and decadent meal? In this colorful celebration, we will learn to make a variety of Valentine-inspired treats (including more than a little chocolate)! Our interactive teaching will strengthen kids' culinary foundations as they taste and learn about flavor profiles, and build strong technique. Throughout the day we will integrate games and cultural activities, to round out a culinary journey full of laughter, learning, and good eats.
